Welcome back! Unfortunately, both of us here at Cup have fallen ill, so starting 2022 with a more subdued issue.
Stay safe and healthy out there.
🌱 Rarible now supports the Tezos blockchain! Hooray for NFTs on alternative chains.
🌱 Manifold Studios is now open to the public! Create your own ERC-721 or ERC-1155 smart contract on Ethereum, with your own royalties and ASCII art, for FREE.
🌱 Showtime rolls out marketplace features! This follows their minting feature, which is on Polygon. Right now, you can list the NFTs you minted on Showtime in WETH, USDC, or DAI.
If you have ERC-1155 tokens and are listing them on Opensea, take note of this pretty critical bug. Other people have sold NFTs for cheaper than they wanted because of the bug, so take note! Set shorter listings, etc.

(^ iconic PFP collection, you ove to see it)
If you’re a fan of vaporwave and glitch art, then you’re gonna love Victor Arce. He is a digital artist from Barcelona, and a “JPG / PNG wizard”. You’re just blasted with delicious gradients and colors when you browse the feed. An automatic “Yeah, we’re featuring him on the newsletter.”

Check OpenDAO for an $SOS airdrop, if you haven’t yet.
If you’ve traded over 3 ETH of volume on Opensea, then you’re eligible for the $LOOKS airdrop! Deadline to claim is on January 20th, so head on over to their website to check how much you got. (Plus, a good tweet dissecting the wash-trading going on over there.)
fees.wtf may start issuing a $WTF token. Keep an eye out on their Twitter for news.
